Social Enterprise in Rother
On April 1st 2009 RDC and RVA jointly financed a year long project to identify and facilitate the development and promotion of social enterprise in Rother. The target group included:
- Self-identified, new or emergent social entrepreneurs
- Existing voluntary organisations looking to become more enterprising
- Existing social enterprises wishing to expand or develop
- Community led businesses as identified through local action plans
