2012 Big Event
2012 is set to bring sweeping changes to national policy which will have widespread effects. But which policies are changing and how? These questions will be up for debate during our key annual Voluntary sector event in East Sussex, on March 13th.
TUESDAY MARCH 13TH, WINTER GARDENS EASTBOURNE
The event is ‘The Big Event 2012: Bridging the Gap between Policy Reforms and Practice’ and will give local organisations an opportunity to better understand recent national reforms, identify opportunities and engage in dialogue with both the public sector and other voluntary organisations.
Conference speakers and round table workshops will focus on two key areas: Health & Social Care and Welfare & Legal Aid. This will be accompanied by an Advice Fair offering hands on support to local groups and information about free and low-cost services available.
